Personal Development and inner evolution- that is my love and my interest.  I found my way to natural therapy- Breathwork to Radical Forgiveness and massage therapy at a time in my life when  I was looking for something 'different'.  I wanted all the things that I find the clients I work with today are looking for : I found wisdom. I work through these therapies today assisting others to find their peace and empowerment.

Many People feel a sense of STRUGGLE:
They feel too fat or too thin
They say things without thinking first
They don't say what they want to say - they hold back
They wished 'the other' - partner, wife, husband, boyfriend, girlfriend, work mate would be different.
They wished the kids would just.(tidy the room, respect them more, apply themselves to their study)
They wished their in - laws were different
They wished the government was different & they just know they could do a better job.

People felt like Giving up, because what's the use;
No one listens to you
The economy is stuffed
Religion's useless
There's never have enough..........(money, friends, energy, work hours, time)
Nothing works out
It will fail
It won't work
It won't be good enough
It's too hard
It's too easy, so why bother

Every thing listed here is mind chatter. It is a thought from the mind being spoken out loud here - on paper. It's normally thought chatter going round and around in the head and it is so limiting and destructive.

The greatest stumbling block to peace and harmony in your life is not understanding what your mind is up to. You will be amazed as you get to know it and you will approach life with more confidence and appreciation.

EMBRACE LIFE -  breakthrough Negativity!

Most human beings are not awake, because human beings are ruled by an unknown force. - It lives within every man woman and child. It's called conditioning and it commenced at birth.

To live; To truly live; To be alive; - comes from understanding 'the conditioning'.

Human beings search for love and acceptance out in the world. Love is there. It's also within - we just don't know how to find it or where to look for it.  Life does get intense and when you understand why and how, your experience of life just might change. You will begin to see 'survival' at work and you might decide to choose 'living' for a change.

Case History:

Maggie came to me wantingto feel comfortable with herself, to have greater self esteem, to be more confident at work and when out socially.  She wanted to be a loving wife to Craig, the love of her life she was preparing to marry.

Maggie had panic attacks. She never knew where or when, she just felt overwhelmingly embarrassed when one hit, paralysed in the moment and unable to function. She would  get someone to get her out/ away from wherever she was. This was not what she wanted on her wedding day.

In her Breathwork session, Maggie uncovered a memory from when she was younger. It was a time involving her mother expecting one thing from her and Maggie had done something different resulting in her mother being cross, disappointed and very upset.

The Breathwork session revealed to Maggie that she felt responsible for her mother's upset. She felt it was her fault, that she was to blame totally and completely. If she'd just done something different, her mother never would have been so angry and upset.

As Maggie recalled the incident, together we were able to discern that her current episodes of panic echoed the exact same belief system she was describing as a young child. As she made the link, Maggie realised she had been a victim. But seeing the reality of the situation allowed her accept her role and to accept her mother's role - She now had the power to change her perception of herself - both then and now.  

This was such a powerful realization for Maggie. She made the connection and she saw, up close and personal, the beliefs she had adopted about herself and what those beliefs were doing to her. That was sufficient for her. With just a few more sessions, Maggie found that she no longer attracted panic attacks in her life. Maggie's view of her world had altered.  

It is possible to empower yourself in your life by witnessing your conditioned patternings. Witnessing changes them.

Subject: Indigo's anger and their transformation process

As was said, we encounter the extremes of the psychological spectrum upon our planet within the indigo. He has offered to carry all of the notes being played on the planet within his own being. A musician indeed, he is! You already know that this is simply because they have offered to allow these energies to funnel through them so that they can serve as energy transformers. Oh, Indigos, you brave souls-you warriors!

At one end of the spectrum we find that they experience anger. This is an emotion of the ego that must be purged from the earth for the raising up of the energies of the Mother. When the indigo experiences and expresses this anger it is with force that it is released. We must REMEMBER that it is being expressed so that it may be transformed. Do not lose sight of this goal. The indigo will understand when the anger is pointed to and addressed as energy that can be transformed. He simply needs to be reminded that he is experiencing this because he has found a situation (vibration) that he knows needs to change. Invite him to figure out how it "could" exist in a higher form.

The source of the anger is that they have encountered base substance opposing the secret-rays of the heart and they are ready to transform it. Find out what has triggered this anger. Be ready to be told that it is something within yourself that has insulted the indigo. First, simply LISTEN and acknowledge what he is saying. Tell him that you will try to figure it out. Then, go into the Heart, and assess the vibration of the trigger. (This could be done without ceremony). Tell the indigo that you wish to understand why that energy is not right. You may need hours, or days, to understand the why. In the meantime, immediately convey to the indigo that you are aware that something needs to change in the energies that he has experienced and that together you will figure it out. Ask the indigo why he thinks that the trigger made him angry. He will most likely know and tell you. Honor his words and enter the place of alchemy within the heart and begin the energy transformation process.

The acknowledgement to the indigo that the trigger needs changing will be sufficient for the transformation of that energy within his own heart. He will move on far quicker than you will and he will begin the "solution" process of transforming it and then elevating the energy for resolution. The indigo goes through three basic steps in his transformation of energy.

The Indigo's transformation process

Step 1
Through heightened sensitivity (intuition) he experiences the "trigger" of the offensive energies that oppose the Heart;

REACTION: Anger, disappointment, sadness, rage, depression

Step 2
Then, the warrior is aroused and experiences the rising of the Mother Flame (white fire) in preparation for the transformation of the "trigger" energies.

REACTION: Openly challenges the source of the "trigger" or addresses the "trigger" energy. The sword of Truth is raised, however, alongside it we may find elements of the sword of steel. DO NOT TAKE OUT YOUR OWN SWORD OF STEEL for therein will be the loss of the opportunity for YOU to transform your own energies. The indigo is not harmed by HIS sword of steel - he is only harmed by YOUR sword of steel.

Step 3
In the friction of the energies we find the nexus of the alchemical fires of the energies being transformed. His contract is fulfilled and he experiences the satisfaction of a job accomplished. If you acknowledge his process and allow him to work it out all will be well. You may announce to him that you would love it if he shared his process with you because this will help you. If he so chooses, rejoice. If he does not, respect.

Through the wisdom of the indigo, you will dip in to the fires of the heart and receive the alchemy of transformation of the base elements. Through the freedom to express the "resolution" that the indigo has found he will find his victory. What a dance of Light! Surely, the heavens are engaged in a cosmic dance with gowns of light shining.

The transformation process of those interacting with the Indigos

Step 1
You will receive the "challenge" from the Indigo, usually about something you have said or done, but, LISTEN teachers and employers, it will often be a challenge of a system of operating, of a status quo.

REACTION: Anger and pride will be your first reaction. How dare he, challenge my authoritative wisdom passed down through the ages. You will want to angrily challenge him back (sword of steel). STOP!

Step 2
Set aside your pride and anger (based on fear) and simply listen calmly to the assault. Acknowledge his words and explain that you will attempt to understand what he is saying and make the necessary changes.

Step 3
Go into your Heart and ask yourself (your Higher Self) what the vibration of the "trigger" is. Figure it out and MAKE THE CHANGES!
