A Word from Our Pooh-bah:
Tsunami logo
First there was Tsunami - the impossible wave of Summer Performance, then there was Circus Camp - a chance for kids to see what life is like from atop stilts, now we have Family Circus Camp - giving your tiniest tots the chance to enter the world of performance art, side by side with you, their very cool parents.

Check out the article from Ginger to find out more!

And some original Tsunami performers - Carpetbag Brigade - are passing through on their barnstorming tour of the Southwest. Part of their stay will be an intense workshop for local performers. Should be amazing, and note, all Tsunami volunteers and performers will get a 45% discount on the workshop. Nice!

HEAD'S UP! May 19th is 5% Wednesday for Tsunami on the Square at New Frontiers Natural Marketplace in Prescott.

Please make a point of shopping at New Frontiers on May 19th and 5% of your purchase will be donated to making sure we have a Tsunami on the Square in June!

FAMILY CIRCUS CAMP

And now a message from Ginger Spaulding, our esteemed Circus Camp Director:

Hello there! It's spring again.... That means another Circus Camp and this year our first ever, all new FAMILY CIRCUS CAMP!  Yes, that means you too can play, laugh and learn at Family Circus Camp with your children!  We know there's some hams out there and some great handwork people too.  What a great way to spend a Saturday morning!  Meeting new people, playing, being silly, learning new tricks.......

It's happening on the first 4 Saturdays of May from 9am-12 noon.

If you can't make all four dates, then just come for as many as you can.  (Convenient, eh?)
Please read the fact sheet and register early!  Only 40 families can fit in the space.
Any questions?  email me!  You can call too (but email is easier for me).

Workshops: May change.  No African drumming or dancing.  Here's the tentative schedule:

Skitmercial Crew Casting Call

Every Monday in April at Annie's Attic, 6 - 8pm!

Tsunami logo

2010 Skitmercial Tsarina Angie Garrotto and her board of Tsunami Skitmercial veterans
are looking for skitmercial performers for this June's Tsunami on the Square.

What's a skitmercial? Its an inventive custom-made live commercial for a local business performed in front of thousands on Prescott's Courthouse Square.

Just like the Superbowl commercials, some people say its their favorite part of the whole festival. There are only 17 to 20 of them all year and they are a unique part of the Tsunami Experience.

If you are interested in performing and/or writing skitmercials this year, please join us at Annie's Attic (upstairs at Coyote Joe's) any Monday in April, 6 - 8pm for a demonstration of skitmercials by returning members of the Skitmercial Crew and a chance to sign on yourself!
