It's only the beginning of August, but we're already being bombarded by back to school commercials promoting anything from school supplies to fall kids' fashions.
It's never too early though to give your kids an advantage in their schoolwork by designing a home office space where they can really focus. For that matter, if you work from home, this month's article, "The Top Ten Back to School (or Back to Work) Tips" will help you, too.
Whether you're a parent of a school age child or you work from home either full or part-time, here are my top ten tips for creating a great study or work area that encourages productivity:
Select a desk with storage for files and supplies, and a computer keyboard even if the main computer is a laptop.
