It's been an interesting several weeks in many other ways that's for sure. Exhausting isn't it? Who's in charge? For most of us I think we just keep putting one foot ahead of the other and move forward in our daily lives. The true American spirit. What else can we do?
Numbers posted this week in the 13 county metro area showed 1029 purchase agreements were signed. 49.1% increase over same week last year in 2010. New listings posted were 15.8% lower than this week last year. That would spell out that we're heading toward a more balanced market. In any event, the vibe I feel in the current market overall is much more positive than the last couple years. Please call and let me guide you in your next move.
