TL 9000 NEWS: TL 9000 Alert 11-007A, Edge Router Product Category Trends

As you may be aware, on October 20th, 2011 QuEST Forum released an alert regarding a change to the product category tables in TL 9000. This update is release R4.6. You can find the new tables posted at the TL 9000 website. We have posted the informational alert and a summary of the changes from R4.5 on the BIZPHYX Knowledge Base and on our newsletter content page.

QuEST Forum released its fourth report in the series on the state of communications quality on November 8th at the APAC Best Practices Conference in Beijing. This fourth study focuses on Edge Router Product Category trends over a five-year period from 2006 to 2011. TL 9000 Updates: Measurements Handbook R5.0 and Planning For 2012

As you may know, the TL 9000 Quality Management System Measurements Handbook, R5.0 is scheduled to be released some time during the 3rd or 4th quarter in 2012. While the process is still in the works, please keep it in mind for next year. Once we know when the handbook will be released, we will be offering a public training webinar. Keep watching our website or the TL 9000 website for updates.

BIZPHYX recently participated in the QuEST Forum APAC Best Practices Conference in Beijing, China in November. BIZPHYX SVP, Bob Clancy will be heading to India in February of 2012 to facilitate more TL 9000 training and awareness in four cities including Delhi and Bangalore.
