This year we're expanding our client support services with increased opportunities for continuing education on basic quality, TL 9000 and ISO 9001.  We know that budgets and time constraints are factors for our clients and we are meeting this challenge with new live webinar courses and free, on-demand content available through easy to access social media applications.  

Our Twitter feed has increased with advanced quality tips for your QMS, in addition to weekly blog posts on the support desk.  In the Spring, we will be launching a new Facebook page which will combine subject matter expertise from our blog with additional trending data on the quality standards we implement.  A new podcast series in late April will feature interviews with certification auditors and what they look for.  Our knowledge base is being augmented with 5 new white papers on subjects such as "expanding your TL 9000 certification scope" and ISO 14001.

In addition to free resources, we're increasing our live webinar training courses.  Based on customer requests and the sold-out success of our Advanced Quality course in January, these NEW subjects will be offered in 2011, so please mark your calendars with these dates:  "TL 9000 Measurements For Service "v" Organizations" (April 21), "Be Your Own QMS Advocate" (May 6), "Marketing Your Quality Certification" (June 3), "Advanced Quality" (September 29) and "Effective Management Review" (October 20).  No courses are being offered in the summer.

Our new ISO 14001 webinar program is proving to be very successful.  In the fall, we have 5 clients on schedule for certification.  We are working with companies who are a doing a great job of identifying their environmental aspects and impacts, as well as documenting the framework for their QMS and EMS.
