We're also committed to providing continuing education to our clients, as well as informative webinars for those new to TL 9000 and ISO 9001 quality management systems. Please take advantage of this complimentary education. Two upcoming webinars are profiled in the July edition of our newsletter. Please don't forget to subscribe to RSS feeds of our support desk for further quality tips. IMPORTANT: TL 9000 Measurements Handbook R4.5 and Deadline for R5.0
Access Our Knowledge Base > |
QuEST Forum has approved the new release of the TL 9000 Measurements Handbook. Hard copies and site licenses of the R4.5 Measurements Handbook are currently available for purchase on the TL 9000 website. The TL 9000 Quality Management System Measurements Handbook Release 4.5 is a comprehensive guide to measurements processing, usage, responsibilities and requirements. It outlines the minimum set of performance measurements to assess progress and evaluate results of quality management system implementation. It also identifies performance measurements in the key areas of hardware, software, and service quality. The new release of the TL 9000 Measurements Handbook is effective December 31, 2010, to ensure adequate time for organizations to complete Delta training and seamlessly upgrade to the new release.
This handbook is different from the R5.0 Requirements Handbook. Please remember that any audits using the R4.0 Requirements Handbook must be fully completed prior to November 15, 2010. All TL 9000 audits conducted after November 15, 2010 must be conducted against the R5.0 Requirements Handbook. Contact BIZPHYX if you require any assistance upgrading to R5.0 or for clarifications on the Measurements and Requirements Handbooks. |
Continuing Education: Free E-Learning Webinar Series Continues
Course Library > |
BIZPHYX continues this year's education series with two very topical webinars on Measurements and Corrective Actions. On August 18th, join us for a complimentary one-hour webinar on "Using Your Measurements". This class will identify measurements critical to your business and will cover ways to share your measurements in order to identify improvements. Contact: registrar@bizphyx.com to register.
The series steps up on September 16th with a complimentary course on "Effective Corrective Actions". In this webinar we focus on the root cause of a corrective action, how to analyze corrective actions for process improvements and most of all, how to encourage all employees to participate in the corrective action process. This is a "must attend" for quality managers trying to get the most out of their QMS. Contact: registrar@bizphyx.com to

We've assembled this entire series into one PDF that you can download and use for implementation in your company. Access the complimentary PDF here >. This educational series was presented by Bob Clancy, SVP. For more information: contact Bob: blancy@bizphyx.com.
