It is with great pleasure that I announce that Mindy Wallace will be your new Account Manager. She will take over Angie's position.
While I know Angie will miss taking care of you and your account, I feel confident that Mindy is capable of handling anything you need. Mindy is new to our agency but has worked in the same capacity at another agency. Mindy has extensive knowledge of personal insurance and is also licensed to help you with Life and Health insurance.
But what happened to Angie? She's not gone..... just needed a new challenge. After all, she's worked in our Personal Lines department for over 10 years. Angie is moving to the Accounting department and is excited to be embarking on a new phase of her insurance career.
