VCA Antech, Inc., one of the biggest Animal Healthcare companies has come to terms with MediMedia Animal Health, LLC, to buy VetStreet, the leading veterinarian marketing, education and client communication software company. This deal is valued at $146 million dollars and could potentially have a huge impact on the veterinary industry.
