Looking for Students to Share Their Learning Journeys
"One way to promote the use of accessible instructional materials and the technology tools that access those materials is to use real life case stories as models of effective practice. Accessible instructional materials and AT tools have certainly changed the way I learn and work and I know the same is true for others." -Dr. Richard Jackson, a senior research scientist, associate professor, and visually impaired user of AT on the AIM Center team Do you know a student who could serve as a model of excellence in practice with AIM and AT tools? Let us know (aim.cast.org). The AIM Center has published the first of many student learning journeys - check them out! Explore the AIM Center's Learning Journeys

TA Tips
| All of us at the AIM Center are very excited about ramping-up targeted technical assistance (TTA) that will enable us to work closely with leaders from ten State Education Agencies (SEAs) and their partners to further efforts to build effective, efficient systems that ensure timely provision of AIM to student who need them for educational participation and achievement. Although applications must be submitted by the Director of Special Education and the state NIMAS/AIM Coordinator, collaborative partners in each state will have an opportunity to participate actively in the development and implementation of the state-specific TTA plans for the selected states. If you have any questions about this, as always, don't hesitate to contact me via email to jzabala@cast.org.
I am always happy to hear from you and provide assistance for the AIM-related work in which you are engaged.
Joy Zabala Director of Technical Assistance CAST and the National Center on AIM
