Equipment Tips- To properly adjust your bedding conveyor belt, you should have a slight bulge of the belt, about 3 feet back of the discharge end.
- On vibratory buckets, you can save time and money by explaining to your operators not to put the weight of the excavator onto the vibratory buckets. Let the vibratory unit (plate) do its job. Putting the weight of the excavator onto the vibratory plate prohibits the vibratory plate from vibrating, adding unneeded pressure on your shock mounts, causing them to rip and break and leading to down time and added costs to repair.
