RWS Newly Designed Tennon Heads
The new Round Wood System tennon heads are designed with new angles and configurations. 
 
Advantages to the new tennon heads include:
  • Running more efficiently and cleaner with less power
  • A limited range of tennon diameter adjustment available on some heads.
  • Machined from solid carbon steel machining stock for sturdy long term use and reliability
  • Improved knife design with revised blade deck geometry for improved cutting performance

For increased mill production, the new Round Wood System sorting conveyor:
  • Uses a 2 axis electronic scanning package capable of grading logs according to taper, diameter, sweep, length, grade and species.
  • Has a modular design, allowing customers to easily set the bin configuration.
