RWS Dowel Mill Head Rebuild Program
Round Wood Systems has initiated a head rebuilding program where we will perform a basic rebuild of your existing dowel mill head for a set prDowel Mill Headice.
 
Advantages to this new program include providing mill operators with a firm quote up front and clearly identifying repairs included in the price.  Additional costs for repairs required beyond the scope of a basic head rebuild will be identified and repairs performed upon customer approval.

The new "economical" RWS pointer capper machine is manual and semi-automaticly operated rather than totally automated.  The advantages to the new pointer-capper include:
* Cost is 40% less than the RWS standard pointer-capper machine.
*This new machine has the same capability as the standard machine and will accommodate post diameters in the range of 2" to 8" and post lengths in the range of 8' to 10'.
