Montana Hydraulics develops, installs and maintains custom operating systems for railroad ballast cars.  These remote control systems are an upgrade (hydraulic re-powering) from the existing manually controlled systems and provide a safer, more efficient means of placing ballast.  In addition to developing custom systems, we provide contract services to maintain ballast cars for the railroad industry.
