This dinnerware is surprisingly as useful as it is aesthetically appealing. We've been impressed by VerTerra and the company commitment to taking a resource that might otherwise go to waste to create a sustainable product. They take fallen palm leaves that previously were burned from the forest floor and using nothing other than steam, pressure and heat mold these curved bowls, plates and trays. While being compostable and fully biodegradable they can be used in the microwave oven and are capable of containing hot liquids without falling apart.

Montinore Estate Verjus
Grapes used for this unique product are picked before reaching ripeness to make this traditional French ingredient. Use it in place of vinegars when cooking or as a mixer for cocktails. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from Montinore's Certified Biodynamic and Organic Vineyards.

Rogue Creamery Echo Mountain Blue
Echo Mountain Blue from Rogue Creamery is a 20/80 blend of raw goat and cow milk that is matured for eight months to one year depending on when the cheese is deemed ready. An Oregon original, Echo Mountain is creamy with a bit of pepper on the finish but always smooth and complimentary with any meal or a nice Gruner Veltliner.

Turkey Galantine is made using both light and savory dark meat, giving it a true, rich turkey flavor. It is slowly oven-roasted to retain juiciness and seasoning is limited to salt and pepper.
The delicious Little Ham is a whole muscle ham made from the knuckle of the pork leg. This muscle is lean and dark in color with a distinctively intense flavor. Hand-trussed and smoked over natural hardwood.
Fra'Mani's Rosemary Ham is hand-trimmed with a thin layer of flavorful cover fat. This ham has an appealing light pink complexion and is seasoned with rosemary.
