Franklin's Teleme
Franklin's Teleme is a pillowy, six pound square of mild cheese, dustd lightly with rice flour as its exterior crust. The cheese ripens from semi-soft to an increasingly molten and tangy flavored form. It is versatile as a great table cheese, or as an ingredient for any chef wanting to add a creamy hit to dishes.

Sonoma Brinery has made all-natural, good (and often good-for-you), pickled products since 2005. We have four styles so far: the live-culture, fermented Manhattan half-sour, which is modest on the sodium and has a simple blend of nine spices, fresh garlic and sea salt. The raw sauerkraut is crunchy and fresh tasting with a mellow tang. And two types of bread and butter pickles: the Outrageous, with chiles and a touch of cumin, and the Spicy, which is a perfect balance of sweet with a little extra fire from Thai chiles. Shaft's Bleu
Shaft's Bleu is produced at an aging facility created in 1999 from an old gold mine at the base of California's Sierra Nevada foothills. It is aged for a least one full year, using rBST-free pasteurized milk. This milder blue is an incredible topping for grilled steaks or as an accompaniment to a warm weather fruit selection.
