Guardus G7 is the most durable reader in the market for guard tour control.  It reads exclusively RF Tags, also known as RF-ID. These tags can be hidden behind most surfaces, which prevents vandalism and changes in the aesthetics of the property. Designed with the latest technology available, our wand sustains harsh
treatment like no other system. The mechanics of its interior were uniquely developed to protect the circuit board from damage. This results in less hassle, less time spent with maintenance and a substantial improvement in the performance of patrol officers and supervisors.

Guardus G7 reads radio frequency tags. This technology is one of the fastest growing in the security market. Since there is no contact, the tags have many advantages over the ibuttons. Tags can be hidden behind other materials, except metal, making them less vulnerable to acts of vandalism. After all, no one can destroy something that is unseen. Many clients also prefer RF tags because they don't cause visual pollution and are less expensive than ibuttons.
Differently than Guardus G3, our new G7 downloads data to the software via Infrared technology. That is another great advantage of this unit: there's no need to hold or touch Guardus with the interface. The user simply points Guardus G7 to the interface, like a remote control to a TV, to start the downloading process. This is a revolutionary way to transfer data to the software and it makes the users life much easier.
Guardus G7 is water proof and tamper proof. It uses a C battery, which is extremely inexpensive, easy to find and to replace. Customers don't have to send the unit back to the manufacturer or distributor since they can replace the battery on their own, anywhere, anytime. The battery life is 2 years or more, meaning that it will be replaced very few times over the product's life. Improving the battery life is a commitment that we have with
