Each year, Hunger Solutions New York brings together Nutrition Outreach and Education Program Coordinators and allied community organizations for our annual NOEP Outreach Convention. NOEP outreach workers share their best outreach resources and meet organizations looking to connect, learn and share information to better serve hungry New Yorkers. This year, more than ever, we need to work together to help meet the growing need in our communities.
