FIT FUN BUILDS BRAINS
Our District FitFun Champion, Iris Ross, will be working with Teacher Champions at each school in the district to demonstrate and promote FitFun activities this spring. In addition to providing easy and fun physical activity throughout the school day, FinFun teaches kindergarten through 5th grade students that physical activity also helps our thinking and learning. Thanks to a generous donation from the Port of Redwood City, four Redwood City school families enjoyed cruises on the tall ships Lady Washington and Hawaiian Chieftain.
