Regulation and Compliance

CFPB Mortgage Complaint System is Up and Running
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) recently announced that its system for accepting, forwarding and following up on consumer mortgage complaints has been activated and can be accessed. Read more


Compliance Update #12-01

Correction to Compliance FYI #11-08: FinCEN Issues Guidance for BSA Compliance. The mandatory electronic filing requirement for CTR and SAR forms remains at June 30, 2012.  The Compliance FYI #11-08 incorrectly stated that the manadatory electronic filing date was extended to 2013.
