Market Risk: On The Decline

Overall Market Risk as indicated by the percent of equities currently in a SmartStops above normal risk state has declined significantly over the last 30 days.

As of Tuesday's close, only 38% of covered equities were in an above normal risk state.  This is down from 70% on August 27th but still above the low for the year we saw in April when only 24% of equities were in an above normal risk state.
