Greetings!
Next week is ADHD Awareness Week why not check out a support group details below.
I have recently become affiliated with Illuminate Center and ADHD clinic in Woodbury MN. I will be facilitating their support group starting on Monday, check out the details below.

New Support Group
The new support group that I am facilitating will be held on the 1st and 3rd Monday evenings
Time 6:30 - 8:00 PM
Location: 8615 Eagle Point Blvd
Lake Elmo, MN (right on the Wood bury boarder by the Machine Shed off of Radio Dr.)
Directions: I-94 west to Radio Dr.
Turn right on Radio Dr.
First stop light by Machine Shed turn right
proceed to the second possible left Eagle Point Blvd
after turning onto Eagle Point Blvd N take the first right
Illuminate in the first building and first office on your left.
Cost: $15 per session
Sessions Benefits:
- Connections with others
- ADHD education
- Open forum and information exchange
- Accountability if desired
Spouses or significant others in your life are welcome to attend also.

| Tips for getting family back into the swing of fall |
|
1. Keep regular bedtime and wake up times
2. Set out clothes for tomorrow the night before.
3. Pack your lunch the night before.
4. Pack backpacks and briefcase the night before
5. Have wind down bedtime routine
6. Everyone needs 8 hours of sleep.
7. Get your self up and ready before you wake the others.
8. Determine how each person would like to be awakened?
9. Put the alarms on the other side of the room from the bed.
10. Make sure clocks are visible in all rooms. Set alarms to get you out the door on time.
11. Find breakfast items that are grab and go and eat them!
12. Create a launching center for all items you will need by the door you always exit.
13. Have ONE main family calendar for all to see. |
