Greetings!

Welcome to the first D5 Coaching newsletter!
 
Fall is in the air (well not today it is 88 and sunny and warm but you can feel the change in the evenings).  Fall is a time of change and getting back to structure I have changes I want to share with you as well as connections to tips and blogs, so read on and enjoy.

Deb continues her private practice working with entrepreneurs and ADD adults who are overwhelmed and stuck in the details with D5 COACHING.
 
She has been busy completing her national certification of PCC from the International Coaching Federation.  In January she also earned her PC-ACG a certification in ADD Coaching graduate program.  Most recently Deb has become part time staff member with Illuminate Center  an ADHD clinic in Woodbury, MN.  Deb will facilitate the support groups at Illuminate and provide some coaching to adult clients of the clinic.  One group meets 1st and 3rd Monday of each month spouses are welcome.
If you are interested in a Wednesday morning group please contact Illuminate Center or contact Deb and let her know your interest and for more details.
 
Deb has also started a blog focused on helping Non-ADDer's understand how to live and work with those in their life who have ADD/ADHD.  You can check out the blog and post questions and comments at www.addspouseblog.com

10 Tips for getting family back into the swing of fall

1. Start the bedtime schedule and morning wake up times 2 weeks before school starts.
 
2. Set out clothes for tomorrow the night before.
 
3. Pack your lunch the night before.
 
4. Pack backpacks and briefcase the night before
 
5. Have wind down bedtime routine
 
6. Get 8 hours of sleep.
 
7. Determine how a person would like to be awakened?
 
8. Make sure clocks are visible in all rooms. Set alarms to get you out the door on time.
 
9. Create a launching center for all items you will need by the door you always exit.
 
10. Find breakfast items that are grab and go and eat them!
