"Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever" (1 Corinthians 9:24-25, NIV).
As we're a week away from the 2012 Olympics, we await the excitement of witnessing trained athletes engage in a contest with some of the best competitors in the world.
Just as these athletes pour out their energy and compete with focus and determination, so God's Word tells us to run a race as to win the prize of eternal riches and glory.

In the next 10 weeks until the Walk + Run for Life events, we have an opportunity to encourage one another to generously give so that people experiencing unplanned pregnancy situations may hear the truth about life in Jesus Christ, and so that babies' lives may be saved from abortion.
