20-Year Veteran Shares What Excites Her about Walk + Run for Life
Last year Judy Heuss raised $1,825 and received the prize for the fifth place top fund-raiser.
Judy tells us what motivates her:
"It excites me, when I receive donations of all amounts, to realize that we are doing Kingdom work!"
What keeps her coming back each year?
"To see babies in strollers does it for me! Hearing the soul-gripping stories of women who have chosen life for their babies is overwhelming. We each will be held accountable for our decisions, and these brave fathers and mothers will be blessed for making the best decision that they could make."
What are some of her tips for success?
"Don't underestimate anyone! Thank every donor and talk to them about why this is important to you. Above all, pray ahead of time about God bringing people to you." |

"Can you say that again?"
 "Recently while one of our clients was having an ultrasound, her boyfriend stopped by my office, and I started talking to him about life. The Holy Spirit moved me to simply state God's Word in Deuteronomy 30:19-20, "Choose life so that you and your children may live."
"The young man asked me, 'Can you say that again?' I repeated it and he responded, 'That is deep!' This young man ended up praying the sinner's prayer of repentance right there. When his girlfriend came out from having the ultrasound, I looked at him and asked, 'Are you going to tell her what just happened to you?' He hugged her and said, 'You now have a new man.'
"I recently followed up with this couple and heard the good news that they are now married and going to church. The Holy Spirit allowed us to do at Life Centers that day what it says in Philippians 2:4. The Spirit of the Lord continues to move in the West Center!"
