NAREA is so excited to have two wonderful conferences coming up in the next several months. The Second NAREA Winter Conference will take place in Miami, Florida on February 26th and 27th and will be hosted by L'Atelier School, and the Seventh NAREA Summer Conference will take place at the Asilomar Conference Grounds in Pacific Grove, California on June 16th - 18th and will be hosted by First 5 Monterey/CCAEYC.   
  
You must register soon for the NAREA Winter Conference. If you register by
April 10th for the Summer Conference, you will qualify for the reduced registration fee. Details for both conferences are included in this newsletter.

The Seventh NAREA Summer Conference 

 

June 16 - 18, 2011

 

The Seventh NAREA Summer Conference will take place at ASILOMAR CONFERENCE CENTER--a "breathtakingly beautiful" 107 acres of protected beachfront land within the scenic town of Pacific Grove, California on the world-famous Monterey Peninsula.   • Elena Giacopini, pedagogista, and Anna Orlandini, atelierista, from Reggio Emilia, Italy presenting the municipal 0-6 education project by sharing experiences and perspectives

  • Tours of two Reggio-inspired programs
  • Materials and languages workshops
  • Facilitated small group discussions
