Sammamish Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the Walgreens Prescription Value Card Program which provides discounts on all FDA-approved generic and brand-name medications - discounts that average 35% and can be as high a s 85% on some medications. This benefit costs you nothing.  All Sammamish Chamber of Commerce members and their employees are eligible to participate in this program.

and fill out the information and you will receive two personalized Walgreens Prescription Value Cards...one for you, one for your dependents. Show the card when you fill your prescriptions, and the discount will be reflected in the total cost.
