While meeting with one of our new board members, I was reminded of how important our mission statement is to our success! Bob Trask addresses this through his quote here.
"A mission statement without a vision is like cake batter without an oven; it is going nowhere. To get from here to there, we first must know where there is. A successful mission is focused on a vision the team is excited about." -Bob Trask, Author of Romancing the Soul and other great books.
Re-focus and re-energize; go to your mission statement. -Your Executive Director |
