I want to encourage you to join the growing list of over 64 of our classmates who are planning to attend our 45th reunion. Many of our classmates are bringing guests so we will have a large group. As we have just 2 months until the reunion. you should consider making your hotel reservations as soon as possible.  Annapolis area hotels listed below.  With the use of our ever-expanding list of contacts, the website and the newsletters we hope to encourage our best attendance. Your enthusiastic participation is the most important element in generating interest.

Please call your classmates and encourage them to join us in October and make this our best reunion ever. We will post the names of everyone committing to return on the website and in this and future newsletters so you can easily check to see who is coming.

NHS '65 Website

Our website   www.classreport.org/usa/md/hyattsville/nwhs/1965/  rolled out in November 2007.  The site has been receiving an average of over 25 hits per day with over 24,000 visits since opening. 300 of our classmates have registerered on the site and many more visit.   John Newquist has posted all of our individual yearbook photos into our profiles. We have added quite a few photos from the Compass, our yearbook.  Contact John if you would like to send him a recent photo for the "Then and Now" slide show.

 As we approach our reunion in October, John and I will post updates on the website as they occur. Perhaps of most importance we will post the names of those who are planning to attend. It is our hope that as classmates see your plans to attend that will encourage them to participate as well.
