Job Openings - Now Hiring!

Entrepreneurial Consulting is filling important  positions for our clients.  If you know someone qualified for any of these openings, our clients offer a modest $300 referral fee, if your referral is hired full-time:

• Office Manager/Bookkeeper (part time - Bryn Mawr, PA)   Seeking someone, who has QuickBooks and Excel experience who enjoys speaking with clients on the phone.  Person will be relied upon to handle bookkeeping, answer calls, reply to emails, track client payments, and interact with customer interface software. 
  
• Staff Accountant (full time - Wilmington, DE)  Seeking someone who has strong experience in monthly financial reporting.  Person will generate journal entries, perform account analysis and more.  Experience with Peachtree a plus.
  
• HR Payroll and Benefits Administrator (full time - Wilmington, DE)   Seeking someone who has payroll, benefits and other HR administrative experience.  You will be relied upon to handle payroll processing, benefits, commissions, and personnel records.  Strong Excel skills required.  ADP payroll experience is a plus.
  
  

5 Ways to Improve Your Hiring Results Now:

1. Interview the people in the role now.  Know the job cold and learn the skillsets and personality needed to fill it with the optimal person.

2. Craft a dead-on, detailed, written job description.  The tighter and more elaborate the job description, the better the ultimate match of the job to the candidate

3. Research wide net and targeted ways to post and circulate your position.  Even consider industry or job specific associations, magazine and websites' job boards and e-newsletters.

4. Create a critical list of objective criteria to use when evaluating candidates.  Use resume evaluating and phone pre-screening against these targeted benchmarks.
 
5. Test, reference check and background check your final candidates.  Use objective measurements and job specific testing, talk to prior employers and associates and don't forget proper detailed background screening.
