New Year, New U? Vision Board Time

Happy New Year!
Welcome to day 5 of the brand new 2012! It is still very new and I know like me, many of you cannot get accustomed to writing 2012. The great thing about THAT is if you spent most of your money last year, all those checks you are writing with 2011 will be stale-dated and your account will not go into overdraft, LOL. On the real though, I hope you are even half as happy as I am right now. I had a great 2011 and I welcomed the new year with smiles, friends, love, beauty, light, peace, family, and all great things.
One of my 2012 resolutions (which I will not share with you) was in play in the first few hours of the new year, so now it is up to me to ensure that it is fully realized this year. Not leaving the Creator out, I went to a little Service on the night before New Year's Eve and while I was there, so much was going on that I had no choice but to tune out certain things and focus on the things which meant the most to me. I left before the Service was over but VISION CUES (talking about what I am dissatisfied with; my picture of what change looks like; and my 24-hour commitment to ensure that change occurs) was one of the topics I gravitated towards. Since my little brain has a mind of its own, I left with VISION BOARD playing in my head. This is not a new concept to me, but it was nice to revisit it again. It was the perfect two words for me to enter into 2012 with and even though that vision board can be a journal or any piece of paper that will be visible to me (and you), it reminded me to WRITE DOWN my goals for 2012 and put them in a place where I am likely to see them everyday. I now have a vision board in my journal on my bedside table, on my bedroom wall, on my fridge in my kitchen, on my desk at work, in my home office, and I walk with one in my head. One of my favorite quotes at this time of the year is "Until you commit your goals to paper, you have intentions that are seeds without soil." Just read that anonymous quote, think about it, and then make YOUR own vision board.
My day 5 wish for you is that you write your goals down, put them out in the Universe, speak them into existence, pray on them, and most importantly, DO the necessary work to make them realities. See, the thing is, I am serious about making my visions into realities this year. The question is, are YOU?
Until we meet again, remember that you too are light, beauty and love.
Happy New You,

We are very happy to be celebrating one full year of PEP Talk TV. January 1, 2011 was our launch date and we are very excited to have brought you almost 2 full seasons already. If you think that was a lot of work, you are right! It was also fun so we are feeling good about that achievement and invite you to stick and stay with us throughout 2012, as we continue to build the show."Rosie, I am so proud of you for living out your dream. I remember when you told me you had the idea to start your own talk show. I believed in you then, and I am so happy that you are one of those people who truly say what she means. Go on girl, take over the world." KS, Jamaica
