Thanks to all the wonderful comments on last week's Newsletter. Even though this is our "slow down" month, we have to keep the business going. Appreciation to those who tuned in to last week's Radio Show and were trying to connect with us in the Chat Room.
Please note that we will be popping in to Facebook, Twitter, our Radio Show, and our new PEP Talk site all of September so our responses to you will not necessarily be instantaneous (still keep your comments coming).
Link us back in October when the 4th quarter begins and we come back rested, refreshed, rejuvenated, recharged and ready for the rest of 2011.
Speaking of the 5R's, scroll down to see our Ghana in 2012 flier we want you to pay very close attention to. We are going back to Ghana and we want YOU with us!
I will not be writing a lot this week but there is a lot for you to read and watch from everything we will be sharing with you.
Thanks to all the massive who celebrated with us this past Saturday -- we are still smiling and reminiscing and we so appreciate you.
SEASON 2 OF PEP TALK IS HERE!
It was fitting that we started Season 2 with the pepisode we did with Tippa Irie who hosted us while we were in London this past May.
Shout outs to our UK sponsor, Tre Young of Damari Productions, our set assistant Akil Young, our video-man, Mike Ricketts, and our editor Mark Leeke. Large up to Dan-I who is also featured on the pepisode and on Tippa's Lockdown Productions label.

Season 2, pepisode 1 with Tippa Irie and Dan-I
|
"Peppy, I watched this pepisode and learned so much about Tippa Irie. I remember him from back in the days and had no idea he was still making music and doing so well. Thanks for allowing us to stay connected to powerful reggae influences like Tippa Irie." John Bassett, VA
"Rosie, just got a chance to see your interview with Tippa Irie, it was well done and I loved the clarity of the picture and how you allowed him to tell his story." Al Rhoden, World Traveler
Stay tuned for interviews with over 30 people who live in London, France, Ghana, Jamaica, and various US States coming to you for the next 12 Saturdays.
Last Thursday, internet listeners who tuned in to our Radio Show were the first to hear the exclusive interview we did with Brenda Muhammad, a lady who repatriated to Ghana in 2009 and now has an established business she owns with her son and her Ghanaian partner.
Even though this one did not make the official 13 in Season 2, it is one of the very special ones we will be bringing to you as brawta.

"Peppy, I thoroughly enjoyed the interview you did with the lady who now lives in Ghana. She makes me want to take a chance and relocate to a place among my people. America will never be for Black people and stories like Brenda's reinforce this. You are golden so please do not stop doing what you are doing." Stephanie Jenkins, PA
