DocuTrack 5.1.5 LPR: A look at new features!

DocuTrack 5.1.5 will be released into LPR (Limited Product Release) in early September, date TBA. Integra support has, to-date, upgraded 72 pharmacies to the DocuTrack 5 platform. 5.1.5 is packed with new, useful features, some of which we have highlighted below.
- Source editing improvements: Sources can now be edited from within document workspace. This makes managing sources much easier.
- Enhancements to document import rules:
- Document collation: Routing rules can be created to collate all incoming pages of a document together if the rule is matched. This streamlines routing of multi-page documents to the desired search folders based on criteria met from the first page.
- Original document type routing: When a dynamic bar code is received, rules can be created that take the original document's document type into consideration. This makes document import rules less cumbersome and increases flexibility of routing documents to the desired search folders.
- Individual preferences, or defaults, can now be set by each user:
- A default viewer tool can be selected and will remain the same between document loads, e.g., you can now make the sticky note your preferred viewer tool. DocuTrack will default to your desired tool each time you load a new document.
- Page view default sizing, i.e., you can now set a preferred document zoom for the viewer. Each time you load a new document your preferred zoom settings will be applied.
- Whether or not to open the page preview pane automatically.
- Whether to default the use of dynamic bar codes on fax out.
- Updates to the bar code processing library: This could substantially improve read rates for some clients.

Dialogic discontinues support of DIVA fax boards

Summary: Integra obligated to end sales of DIVA fax boards due to discontinued Dialogic support.
Dialogic is discontinuing routine support for their Icon DIVA range of fax boards, and all subsequent support will be provided on a per-incident rate of $500/call. They will also make no further software changes to the DIVA product line. This means they will not resolve any incident that requires software changes, which may result in the DIVA boards becoming incompatible with future operating system releases.
As a result of this change, Integra has discontinued selling DIVA fax products and is replacing them with their Brooktrout equivalents (another Dialogic product line), Cloudfax, and Fax over IP (FoIP) options.
While your existing DIVA hardware may continue to provide years of service, we cannot guarantee that a routine software update to your operating system will not break the existing software/driver. Due to this and for the protection of your business, we recommend replacing your existing Dialogic DIVA board.
