Integra Begins Development of Visual Workflow 

Integra product management has begun development on a new module that allows users to create visual workflows that automate and control how documents move through your workflows.

Today, you typically use custom lists to do this, however, with visual workflows you can automate routine tasks such as re-faxing and printing documents, to name a few.

Users can also add in business logic to reduce errors. Examples of this would include only allowing pharmacists to complete new orders or specifying that no new order should be completed without an associated prescription.

DocuTrack 5: Features To Look Forward To
The next update to DocuTrack version 5 has some exciting features. It includes some of the following:
  1. Ability to print or email documents with routing barcodes. This feature was previously only available from faxing.
  2. Ability to search for a document inside a list of documents from within a Search Folder, Quick Search or Interface Search.
  3. Ability to log into different DocuTrack servers.
  4. Ability to edit a document's source(s) from within the document workspace if the user is granted permission.
  5. Ability to stop a running Archive.
  6. Ability to limit an Archive's run time.
  7. Increased contrast in any grid, which improves readability.
DeliveryTrack: Tips for Success in Your Pharmacy

Integra wants each pharmacy to succeed and get the most use out of each of our products. It takes a team effort of Integra support and pharmacy staff to ensure excellent communication and a successful product.

These items below are mandatory for your success! 


  1. Designate a Champion: Designate a point person in your pharmacy to handle all things DeliveryTrack working hand-in-hand with Integra Support.
  2. Communicate, Communicate, Communicate: Changes to infrastructure must be communicated in advance to Integra DLT Support (Port changes/phone changes/network changes, WIFI/ etc.) so we can help you stay on track.
  3. Start with the Right Tools:
    1. Commercial grade WIFI is mandatory for success.
    2. A cellular plan is required and must be activated by an Integra employee. If your pharmacy handles activation BE SURE to include Integra in the activation process with the cellular plan vendor.
  4. Charge Your Devices: Proper care and maintenance of handhelds is essential in your successful use of DeliveryTrack.
    1. Charge devices when not in vehicles, whether at the pharmacy or at home.
    2. Charge devices at all times in vehicles between stops.
    3. Ensure all drivers have access to powered docking station and/or single power supply.
