| DocuTrack 5.0 Progress Update: 15 Live LPR's | |
We are very pleased to announce that we are nearing completion of DocuTrack 5.0. DocuTrack 5.0 is the culmination of a multiple year project to update the architecture, technology and engineer the system for even more functionality and scalability.
DocuTrack 5.0 went into the limited production release (LPR) process in December. Since then, we have installed 14 pharmacies with success. We have also continued adding new features during the LPR process resulting in over 240 new features. The release candidate is scheduled to be complete by the end of March. Once complete, we will start a slow rollout of DocuTrack 5.0 to a broader range of pharmacies.
We look forward to an exciting year and have many more features planned to be released this year.

| Important Support Notice: Internet Explorer 9 | |
With the February release of updates from Microsoft, we are finding a significant number of customers are having their Windows 7 workstations upgraded by Windows Update to Internet Explorer 9 (IE 9). DocuTrack 4.x does not currently support IE9.
Integra recommends you review all upgrade selections made by Windows Updates and decline (uncheck) any update that indicates it is the "Windows Internet Explorer 9" update. We also recommend you hide the update (right click, hide update), so will not be prompted for that update again.
If you do find yourself with a workstation upgraded to IE9, you can roll it back to IE8 by going to:
- Control Panel
- View by: Small or Large icons
- Click Programs and Features icon
- View Installed Updates (upper left hand corner of screen)
- Find the "Windows Internet Explorer 9" update
- Right click and choose uninstall
- Reboot workstation as prompted
If your workstation came pre-installed with IE 9, please see your PC manufacture for the process to roll back to IE 8. For additional support please contact us.

DeliveryTrack 3.3 & Honeywell Device Notice

DeliveryTrack General:
Version 3.3 is in the process of being rolled out to all customers. This version offers many new features, including reconciliation and item tracking. In addition handheld performance and stability have been improved. Current customers should expect to be contacted in the next few weeks regarding an upgrade if you are not already on this new version.
Honeywell Device Notice:
Honeywell released a planned intent to discontinue their 7600 and 9900 mobile devices. Customers using these models will still be able to order them until the 30th June 2012, with support for existing devices running until 31st of March 2017. Integra will be offering Honeywell's Dolphin 6000 and the Dolphin 7800 as replacements, both offering faster processing and more memory than the previous generation of device.
