THE HOLIDAY SEASON IS HERE! Libraries close early Nov. 26 at 6 pm and close for Thanksgiving on Nov. 27 and 28. Normal hours resume Saturday, Nov. 28.
 All libraries will be closed Wednesday, November 11th in observance of Veteran's Day.

ANNUAL WAKE COUNTY LIBRARIES BOOKSALE
|
NEW LOCATION & EXPANDED HOURS!!!Plans are being rushed to host the 2009 Annual Public Libraries' Booksale. The sale has moved to a new location on the edge of Garner, NC and is open two additional days for ease of shopping. The sale will be held at 1514 Garner Station Blvd. (Raleigh, NC 27603) in the South Station Shopping Center. The shopping center is an immediate right turn from Highway 401South, just after the Highway 401South/Highway 70East split, south of Raleigh, on the edge of Garner. The site is a former Compare Foods (and Winn Dixie) and is located across the parking lot from Hudson Belk.
The sale offers 300,000 books at bargain prices. Two days have been added to the sale for 2009. Only cash and checks are acceptable for payment. Customers are encouraged to bring hand trucks and/or push carts.

HALF PRICE DAY: HARDBOUND BOOKS $2.00; $.50 FOR PAPERBACK BOOKS
Sunday, November 22 10 am till 6 pm $5.00 PER BOX; $2.00 PER BAG BAGS & BOXES PROVIDED BY THE LIBRARY---CUSTOMER PACKS. Friday, November 13 is reserved for Wake County agencies (only those funded by Wake County Property Tax dollars) and Wake County Public Schools to shop for free books to be used in classrooms, libraries, clinics, and offices in Wake County. National Gaming Day

Anime Club

Gingerbread Houses
