Correction to Aug. 23 TMail

Regarding "2015 MWC Assembly May be Held in Pennsylvania" (TMail, Aug. 23): Technically, that can be true since we do not yet know what God is planning for the next global assembly. But the headline and first paragraph of the brief are unfaithful to the Mennonite World Conference news release and also to the MWC executive committee decision. Unlike the headline, the MWC release says "USA," not "Pennsylvania" ...

College Corner: Scholarships and financial aid play a role in seminary choice

This fall Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary, Elkhart, Ind., has selected two students to receive the Church Leadership Award, Caitlin Desjardins and Caleb Yoder. Both intend to pursue the Master of Divinity degree, and in this program their awards will cover tuition for up to three years of full-time study.
