Get an Edge on Your Next Piping
Competition
For those who haven't heard of the NSD Powerball, it
is a gyroscope used to build power in shoulders,
arms, wrists and fingers, capable of reaching speeds
over 15,000 rpm!!. Created by the RPM company in
Dublin, this little ball is taking the world by storm!
How does it work? The rotor is set in motion
by the pulling of a cord. It is held in the palm of your
hand and as you rotate your wrist, it builds momentum
and gets faster and stronger depending on the
strength of the holder. You can use it for an easy,
theraputic work out or a faster strength builder.
The Powerball is great for those who play
sports such as golf, tennis, and squash, as well as
drummers, guitar and piano players, and other
musicians. The Powerball not only builds strength,
but also dexterity.
When used at a lower speed, the Powerball helps to
soothe aches and is great for those with Carpal
Tunnel Syndrome, Arthritis, RSI, Tendonitis and
more.
The World Record for Powerballing is currently held by
Akis Kritsinelis with 16553 RPM!!! Think you can get it
going that fast?
