Greetings!

Of course the Santa Myth is just a myth.  No one could drive all around the world in just one night--not with the traffic.

No matter what you're driving, though, be sure to buckle your safety belt!

Combatting Safety Belt Forgetfulness
Cherie & Danielle and stencil Has anyone ever told you that they have trouble remembering to buckle their safety belt?

Cherie Ferber and Danielle Knudson took advantage of a beautiful fall day in October to paint a permanent reminder in the parking lots at the National Safety Council.

Buckling is an automatic action for habitual bucklers, but this reminder might help those who haven't established the habit yet.

Schering Plough Makes the gold Honor Roll (again)!
Schering Plough has multiple campuses, but they ask all employees, regardless of where they work, to always buckle up.

For their safety event this year, Schering Plough used small zip lock bags of goodies to promote their Safety Day Fair.  The bags were distributed during their safety belt observation.

Is your company on the Honor Roll?  Do your employees and coworkers buckle up?  Crashes are the number 1 cause of death for working age people. Safety belts prevent injuries and fatalities in crashes 45-50% of the time.
