Dear Neighbor:
I am continuing my listening tour of the 12th district this weekend with a series of events to increase constituent participation in the legislative process.
The legislature will be in Springfield for almost the entire month of May. This weekend is a prime opportunity for me to connect with residents and hear to your concerns and ideas. I look forward to collaborating with you on pertinent issues the legislature will be debating next month, ranging from social issues, education and the state's budget and fiscal situation.
Please share your thoughts and ideas with me at the following public events:

My district office staff will be on hand to help residents fill out forms to describe their budget cut proposals to be evaluated by the legislature.
