With the Olympics right around the corner, I am reminded of how

much courage it has taken for each and every athlete to be competing in the Olympic games. Going for the gold takes the courage to envision and believe in yourself winning, even when the gold is a far away dream. It takes courage and dedication to practice, fail, learn from your mistakes, then get up and do it again and again and again. No successful athlete goes it alone. Each has his or her own circle of advocates - coach, family, friends -who are there with support, encouragement and inspiration. Courage, talent and team - a winning combination.  
 
As we go into this Olympic season, applaud the courage and teamwork in action that each athlete is demonstrating. Let it be an inspiration to each of us to believe in and go for our own gold.
