River of Vision:
Rafting The Grand Canyon - A Leaders' Adventure
Grand Canyon

Imagine:
8 days with the Focus on You,

Your leadership

and your Life.

Imagine being part of a small group of leaders who are willing to unplug for 8 days for a learning adventure and journey of self-discovery rafting in the Grand Canyon, one of the most awe-inspiring landscapes and exciting white water in the world!

During this awesome trip, the power of the river and majesty of the canyon will afford us endless opportunities to hone our vision as leaders.  As we flow for eight days down the river, we will explore our inner experience, share our insights, and learn about ourselves as leaders. The challenges of working together, depending upon one another, and going beyond our previous limits; coupled with the excitement and thrill of running the river and the sacredness of the canyon itself, will serve as our laboratory for learning.

Some of the practical questions that we will explore include:

  • Who are we when we unplug from our daily activities and constant demands, and our smart phones are not at our beck and call?
  • What is our response to fear, exhilaration, and our dependency on others?
  • What nourishment of mind, body and spirit is essential to help us create balance in our work and personal lives?
  • What happens when we take ourselves from auto-pilot into mindfulness of the moment?
