To build upon last years'
successful introduction of berry dyed silks, we are
so very pleased to INTRODUCE two new lovely shades obtained
from Alliums (the yellow onion) "Bronze
and Honey" both have lovely iridescent warmth and depth, with
a bit of peachy tones in the background. The colors
are contrasting and absolutely stunning together.

Make-Your-Own Streamer
activity!
All you will need are
a bunch of similarly sized silk scarves and lots of grass
underfoot to run and let the scarves stream out behind...I
would highly suggest purchasing either the
Divine DressUps! Set
(12- 11" square mini-scarves) or the
Complete Rainbow Set (8- 36" square scarves)
for this activity.
Simply tie the silk scarves
in a knot, end-to-end, across the diagonal. This makes
a long flowing scarf that snakes like a banner with
which it is pure joy to play. Children need no coaxing
or brainstorming session to get the ideas flowing....
A brief story...
we recently gave a streamer of colorful mini-scarves as
a gift to our friends son on his 16th birthday.
Beforehand, we tied each scarf end to end and offered to
him a single scarf, extended from out of our
daughter's pocket. Little did he know what he was
getting: a playful gag gift: those
silks just came flowing one after another.....all 16 of
them! It was a wonderful moment!
