Do you even know the Why of why you are doing what you are doing on a daily basis?
Is it because of fear or true desire?
To find out how you are motivated to do anything, Ask yourself, "What is the reason behind why I am doing this? 
Is it because you fear something bad will happen or is it because you love what you are doing?
If you answer yes to the first part of the question, then you are an AWAY person.. you will do anything to avoid the negative outcome you have created in your mind, that will happen if you don't do what you are doing.
If you answer yes to the second part of the question then you are a TOWARD person.. which means you enjoy doing what you do because it moves you toward the positive outcomes it creates for you..

Where does this energy come from and what is it?
Energy comes from your universal God force which connects you to your soul through your mind, body, and spirit.
What is a Chakra? Chakras can be conceived as energy centers or stations in the human energy field that metabolize energy (receive, assimilate and express), and maintain the health of the body, mind, and spirit. Each chakra corresponds to a major nerve bundle in the body. They all feed into a core energy column that extends from the top of the head to the base of the spine. This column is linked through an energy vortex to the blissful energy of pure consciousness above the head and to vitalizing primal earth energy downward from the base of the spine. Thus, each person's energy body, (also called aura) is a bridge between the spiritual and earth forces and represents our dual nature: earth being and spirit being.
