Think for a moment how many times a day you say "I-CAN" ? Now, how many "I-CAN's" do you really follow through with them? The truth is behind every "I-CAN" there lies a deeper belief that actually will allow you to follow through or just not do it. Many spread themselves thin being people pleasers to others and to themselves, they do not even belief their own "I-CAN's" . Go deeper to the root meaning of the belief behind the actual "I-Can" statement.

Technique- Take one "I-CAN" statement from your day.. Ask yourself "How do I know " I-CAN"? What is the belief that tells you, you can do something? Do you see, hear, feel or know that you can? If you did not do the "I-Can", then ask "What was the true belief behind why I said "I-Can" and did not. For most, the statement is to people please or to cover a fear that they really can't .. The truth is your words only hold as much energy as the belief you have in them.. this then allows others to get to know you by the energy behind the words. The others then create a "Character" of you by noticing your actions of what you did or did not do.

"Wisdom Walks"

Everything in the universe is energy. Where does this energy come from and what is it? Energy comes from your universal God force which connects you to your soul through your mind, body, and spirit.

What is a Chakra? Chakras can be conceived as energy centers or stations in the human energy field that metabolize energy (receive, assimilate and express), and maintain the health of the body, mind, and spirit. Each chakra corresponds to a major nerve bundle in the body. They all feed into a core energy column that extends from the top of the head to the base of the spine. This column is linked through an energy vortex to the blissful energy of pure consciousness above the head and to vitalizing primal earth energy downward from the base of the spine. Thus, each person's energy body, (also called aura) is a bridge between the spiritual and earth forces and represents our dual nature: earth being and spirit being.

Wisdom walks are never ending that allows you to take the journey to your higher self consciousness. Your journey begins at birth and continues throughout life. Each walk will start with the corresponding chakras and continue from there.

I started working with Janyelle last summer (2010) to try to find my purpose after leaving a dead end job a few months earlier. I'm still working on that, but feel as though I'm moving in the right direction. I learned how to think more positively and look toward the future instead of continuing to pull from the negative of my past. Due to excess stress over the last several years, my migraines (that I've had since Jr. High) had increased. I'd been going to a chiropractor for a few years which had helped quite a bit, but had reached a standstill. Janyelle used an energy technique on me last November (2010) to release a knot that I woke up with daily in my right shoulder that made me feel like both of my shoulders were in my ears they were so tight, which in turn caused headaches. To this day (March 2011) I have yet to wake up with that knot, which is absolutely awesome!

I've also suffered from IBS since the beginning of my 3rd pregnancy in 1992. She used a technique on me a couple of weeks ago that so far has worked. My migraines have been drastically reduced which is a wonderful thing!
