Stop the Whys!
 When you think of why you should or should not do something, you are using judgment. These same judgments or reasons sometime become your EXCUSES! When something happens in your life begin asking "How did that show up?" You thoughts are energy and they create the reality of you and your world. Asking how, opens you up to begin to become aware of your thoughts and what message you are sending to the world. The message you send is what you will receive! If you are not in alignment or aware of your thoughts you may have chaos and misunderstanding in your reality world. The Why, will keep you stuck because it starts your thinking process, which will then evaluate or judge your choices. When you choice just BECAUSE you start to "Be your own Cause" for and in the world.
