Starting November 1, 2011 the  Bankruptcy Court will be increasing their filing fees by $7.00. All retained clients that have signed the fee agreement before November 1, 2011 will have their attorney's fee reduced by $7.00 to make up the difference of the court's fees. If you have not already signed the fee agreement and do not want to pay the additional $7.00, please call my office at (508) 926-8833 to schedule an appointment to sign the fee agreement and retain me as your lawyer for your bankruptcy case.
