continues to trend upward in the last quarter of 2012. We are happy to announce three new tenants, set to open in early 2013. As the first commercial, retail and office space available on the 642 acre resort, the centers are a vital part of Ko Olina Resort
in West Oahu.
Animation Art Gallery
At Ko Olina Station, American Animation Art Gallery
will open it's second location in Hawaii. The gallery is a Disney-certified dealer of limited edition hand-painted cells, original production drawings, paintings and figures. Peanuts fans will appreciate their Snoopy posters and prints by artist Tom Everhart and the gallery also caries a variety of island art by the likes of Heather Brown. Their central Waikiki location at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani on Kalakaua has been delighting visitors for the past 11 years.
Island Vintage CoffeeIsland Vintage Coffee Company
prides itself on spreading Aloha the world over with its 100% Kona Coffee. Founded in 1996, Ko Olina Station will be the fifth location for the cozy plantation-style cafe and coffee dealer. In addition to producing their own brand of gourmet coffee their menu features signature coffee drinks, sandwiches and baked goods prepared fresh daily. Don't forget to check out the Acai Bowl!
Pizza Corner is the newest tenant at Ko Olina Center
. This eatery is set to provide a welcome addition to the family oriented dining options in the Ko Olina neighborhood. Inspired by legendary New York City Pizzerias, this family owned restaurant will specialize in New York style hand-tossed thin crust pizza. All ingredients will be made fresh on premises daily by Executive Chef David Moslander, who brings decades of NY culinary expertise to the Islands. Pizza Corner will offer traditional and not so traditional toppings for visitors and residents for dine-in, take-away or delivery. There will even be a convenient drive up area for prepaid online orders. At last Ko Olina will have it's own neighborhood pizza place!
