Victoria Inn Building Sells

Beall Corp, in partnership with an equity investor partner, has purchased the leasehold building at 1132 12th Avenue, former home of landmark restaurant Victoria Inn. The three story, 15,000 sq. ft. property is located in a prime Kaimuki location, adjacent to the Municipal Parking Lot.

"Kaimuki is one of Oahu's few walking neighborhoods and is surrounded by Hawaii's most affluent zip codes. 12th Avenue in particular is a vibrant urban environment, and we're excited to participate in the area's continued revival," said Cory Beall. Beall Corp will relocate and expand their offices to the property, as will Rebecca Beach Kahala, a boutique owned by Cory's wife Joanna.
