Isamu Kubota and Motoko "Moco" Kubota are no strangers to the restaurant business. Having just opened their latest venture, Yuzu Hawaii on the ground floor of the Ala Moana Hotel, plans are proceeding for another location at Ko Olina Station. The Japanese restaurant, described as "not your grandmother's Japanese cuisine", will specialize in sushi and yakitori dishes.

Planned for a late Spring 2012 opening, Yuzu Hawaii will open in a prime Ko Olina retail space of 1,500 square feet with 500 sq. ft. of outdoor seating. Their other restaurants include Kai Wailea and Hale Macrobiotic in Honolulu, which have had a loyal following over the years.
Ko Olina Station is located directly across the newly opened Aulani, Disney Resort & Spa within the
Ko Olina Resort & Marina. Access for hotel visitors is an easy ride on the complementary shuttle on property. Also located in the Station are ABC's full service Island Country Market, Two Scoops Ice Cream Parlor and the English Tea Room Corner. Just across, the at Ko Olina Center, you'll find Just Tacos Mexican Grill & Cantina and Ko Olina Hawaiian- Bar-b-que. For more information about this listing, please contact
